A Resolution Closing Fund #126 Lease Water Fund
WHEREAS, the County created fund 126 Leased Water Fund per Resolution 2014-088 on
May 20, 2014, and;
WHEREAS, this fund was created to account for the receipt of certain fees for, the payment
of leased water expenditures associated with the Kittitas County Water Mitigation Program
administered by the Kittitas County Public Health Department, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners created this fund to facilitate the proper
accounting and control of the fees received and expended, and;
WHEREAS, the funds is this account have been utilized; the Lease program has ended and
the current balance is zero.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Fund #126 Leased Water Fund is closed
effective December 18, 2018.
