AGENDA DATE: December 18, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Resolution Denying Administrative Appeal by Appellant and
upholding Community Development Services Approval of the Public Facilities
Permit (PF-18-00001) and Associated SEPA DNS for the Upper County Public
Works Maintenance Facility.
BACKGROUND: On December 4, 2018, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, with a vote of 2-
1, denied the appeal by the appellant and upheld the approval issued by Community
Development Services for the Public Works Maintenance Shop Public Facility permit
PF-18-00001 and associated SEPA DNS. Commissioner Wright did not support the
motion. The attached resolution provides the document to enable and finalize this
decision.
INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed resolution denying the appeal by the appellant and upholding the approval
issued by Community Development Services for the Public Works Maintenance
Shop Public Facility permit PF-18-00001 and associated SEPA DNS.
