ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to Approve a Resolution Adopting Wage Ranges for Non-Union Employees
BACKGROUND:
Per Personnel Policy 5.1 - Wage Administration, during years when market data is not reviewed, the wage
range for each position may be adjusted by a set percentage.
It has been determined that the adjustment would equal 2.7%, to be applied to wage scales, not employees.
The attached document reflects the updated wage scales for 2019.

RECOMMENDATION:
HR Recommends approval of the attached Resolution.
HANDLING:
Please route one copy to HR, and one copy to Payroll.
