ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards approval for Chairs signature on the Agreement with Belsaas and Smith Construction Inc.
BACKGROUND:
On November 29, 2018 for the Bloom Pavilion Improvement project. After the review by the project
Architect it was determined that Belsaas and Smith Construction was the lowest responsive bidder.
On December 10, 2018 the Board of County Commissioners passed a Resolution 2018-202 Awarding the
base bid and Alternate 4, Fire Protection replacement and Alternate 5 Dust Control and directed staff to
bring back the contract for signature.
INTERACTION:
Prosecutors Office, ALSC Architects, and Belsaas and Smith.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Boards approval for the Chairs signature on the Agreement with Belsaas and Smith
Construction Inc.
