KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 18, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars. <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff's Office and FCI Custom Cars is to update and continue the agreement <br />until December 31, 2019 and provide for additional one year terms upon mutual <br />agreement of both parties in writing. The only change was an increase in the labor rate <br />from $75/hr to $80/hr. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars. <br />HANDLING: Please return two originals to the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office.
