Action Requested:
Request the Board to approve and sign the agreement with Cle Elum/Roslyn/South Cle
Elum Police Department for the 2019 Law & Justice Council Grant Funds in the amount
of $1,258.61
Background:
September 18, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2018-148
awarding the funds.
In the past the Auditor’s office has processed payments based upon the approval of the
Resolution, however for more clarification we have created the attached agreement for
each agency.
Services/Expenses that are reimbursed must be dated during the current year and final
date to submit reimbursements requests is July 31, after this date funds lapse.
Recommendation
Recommend the Board to approve the agreement with Cle Elum/Roslyn/South Cle Elum
Police Department for the 2019 Law & Justice Council Grant Funds in the amount of
$1,258.61
