AGENDA DATE: December 18, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between the City of Cle Elum and
Kittitas County to provide Library Services to County
Residents for the Year 2019.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved
$20,950.00 in the 2019 budget for the City of Cle Elum to
provide library services to County residents living outside
the City limits for the period January 1, 2019 through
December 31, 2019. This is an increase of $1,000.00 from
last year’s budget.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office, and the budget amount has been verified
with Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and the City of Cle Elum to
provide library services to County residents in the amount
of $20,950.00 for the period beginning January 1, 2019
through December 31, 2019.
HANDLING: 1 - Copy Clerk of the Board
2 - Originals to City of Cle Elum for signature.
City of Cle Elum to return 1 fully executed original to
Clerk of the Board.

& the City of Cle Elum.
