AGENDA DATE: December 18, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between the City of Roslyn and
Kittitas County to provide Library Services to County
Residents for the year 2019.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved
$20,000.00 in the 2019 budget for the City of Roslyn to
provide library services to County residents living outside
the City limits from January 1, 2019 through December 31,
2019. This is an increase of $1,300.00 from 2018.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office and the budget amount has been verified
with Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and the City of Roslyn to provide
library services to County residents from January 1, 2019
through December 31, 2019.
HANDLING: 1 copy – Clerk of the Board.
2 originals to City of Roslyn for signature.
City of Roslyn to return 1 fully executed original to Clerk
of the Board.
