KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 4, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County of Kittitas, Washington <br />for the Housing of Inmates. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the Town of South Cle Elum and Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2019-December 31, 2020. There is no change <br />from prior years in the rate proposed, which is a flat fee of $6,000 per year, paid quarterly, and which does not include medical costs. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County of Kittitas, Washington <br />for the housing of inmates. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to KCSO, which we will provide to the Town for its records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Undersheriff Clay Myers. <br /> <br />
