AGENDA DATE: December 4, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County of Kittitas, Washington
for the Housing of Inmates.
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the Town of South Cle Elum and Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2019-December 31, 2020. There is no change
from prior years in the rate proposed, which is a flat fee of $6,000 per year, paid quarterly, and which does not include medical costs.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and the County of Kittitas, Washington
for the housing of inmates.
HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to KCSO, which we will provide to the Town for its records.
