After deliberations, the Board unanimously approved <br />the proposed amendments, and directed staff to prepare enabling documents. <br />The attached resolution would adopt the amendments and direct staff to submit <br />the amendments to Washington State Department of Ecology for final approval. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services, Prosecuting Attorney, and Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the attached resolution. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Enabling Resolution <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
