AGENDA DATE: November 20, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing for December 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm for the Board of County
Commissioners to consider the Talisman Townhomes Preliminary Plat (LP-18-00003).
BACKGROUND: Theo Leonard, authorized agent for Talisman Townhomes LLC, landowner, submitted an
application for a 24 residential lot plat with an access tract and three community open space
tracts on approximately 1.27 acres of land that is zoned Master Planned Resort.
The subject property is located off of Big Hill DR. in a portion of Section 19, T20N, R15E,
WM, in Kittitas County, Assessor’s map number 20-15-19057-0005, Parcel #956001.
Kittitas County Community Development Staff requests that the Board of County
Commissioners set a public hearing for December 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Commissioner’s
Auditorium to hear public testimony and consider the Talisman Townhomes Preliminary Plat.
INTERACTION: CDS Staff and BOCC
RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to set a public hearing for December 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the
Commissioner’s Auditorium for BOCC consideration of the Talisman Townhomes
Preliminary Plat.
