ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to approve Professional Services Agreement extension between Kittitas County and Plauche' and
Carr LLP & Bill Clarke.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Plauche' and Carr LLP and Bill Clarke
in 2013 to work on water resource acquisitions, program development, transfer projects, and legislative
issues. Kittitas County would benefit by continuing to have the support offered in this agreement, at least for
2019.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Professional Services Agreement extension between Kittitas County and
Plauche' and Carr LLP and Bill Clarke.
