AGENDA DATE: November 20, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Amendment to the Professional
Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg for
11/1/18-12/31/18.
BACKGROUND: This amendment is to an existing agreement between Kittitas
County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg. The existing agreement is to provide on-
site medical care to the inmate population within the Kittitas County Correctional Center
for 2018. The only change is to the rate, which is increasing from $3,905.41 per month
($46,864.92 per year) to $5,000/month for November and December of 2018. A 2019
contract is pending negotiations.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Amendment to the 2018 Professional
Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg for
November and December 2018.
HANDLING: Return one copy to the Sheriff’s Office.
