ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to Consider a Family Fair
Package Discount Rate
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Fair Board would like to offer for presale a
Family Fair Package for the 2019 Fair. On October 4, 2018,
they unanimously voted to approve the following
recommendation.
The Proposed Family Package would include four (4) General
Admission Day Passes, two (2) Pay One Price Ride Vouchers,
and one (1) Daily Parking Pass. The retail value of this package
is $120. The Presale package rate would be $90.
The Fair Board’s marketing plan includes offering vouchers for
the Family Fair Package during Moments to Remember and
throughout the holiday season. Only 100 packages will be
available for purchase.
INTERACTION: A Public Hearing must be held to consider the discount rate for
the 2019 Family Fair Package.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing to consider the 2019 Family Fair Package
discount rate to be held on Tuesday, November 6th, 2018 at 2:00
p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue,
Ellensburg, WA 98926.
