ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the New Suncadia Phase
1 Division 15 Plat (LPF-18-00006)
BACKGROUND: The New Suncadia Phase 1 Division 15 Plat was granted preliminary approval on
June 19, 2018 through Resolution No. 2018-099. The subject properties are zoned
Master Planned Resort and are located off of Suncadia Trail, Cle Elum, WA 98922.
Section 19, T20N, R15E, WM, in Kittitas County. Assessor’s Map Number 20-15-
19054-0006.
The applicant submitted a final plat application on September 18, 2018, requesting
final mylar approval for the New Suncadia Phase 1 Division 15 Plat. This plat
encompasses parcel number 953908 to create a 10 lot plat with an access tract and
a future development tract on approximately 7.17 acres of land. Staff has reviewed
the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with
the preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been
processed in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16 and within the 30 day
timeframe outlined in RCW 58.17.140. The mylar has been reviewed by all
reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, and Assessor’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the New Suncadia
Phase 1 Division 15 Plat (LPF-18-00006).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
