The subject properties are zoned <br />Master Planned Resort and are located off of Suncadia Trail, Cle Elum, WA 98922. <br />Section 19, T20N, R15E, WM, in Kittitas County. Assessor’s Map Number 20-15- <br />19054-0006. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted a final plat application on September 18, 2018, requesting <br />final mylar approval for the New Suncadia Phase 1 Division 15 Plat. This plat <br />encompasses parcel number 953908 to create a 10 lot plat with an access tract and <br />a future development tract on approximately 7.17 acres of land. Staff has reviewed <br />the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with <br />the preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been <br />processed in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16 and within the 30 day <br />timeframe outlined in RCW 58.17.140. The mylar has been reviewed by all <br />reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the New Suncadia <br />Phase 1 Division 15 Plat (LPF-18-00006). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for New Suncadia Phase 1 Division 15 Plat (LPF-18-00006). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chelsea Benner, Staff Planner
