The Behavioral Health and Recovery Advisory Board met on September 17th, reviewed Doug Fulp’s application and is
supportive of Mr. Fulp being appointed to the open position on the board.

Although it was nice to have a post it on my desk with Mr. Fulp’s application (from Obie) saying that the BHRAB wants to
appoint Mr. Fulp. I need something formal as always, since its apart of the official record and post‐its get lost.
Please send a memo or e‐mail stating that the BHRAB met and is supportive of Mr. Fulp being appointed. Thank you, let
