ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Interim Administrator on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 4. (Effective Dates: January 1,
2018-December 31, 2020)
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 4 adds a Statement of Work for the Office of Emergency
Preparedness and Response and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education. The
amendment also amends the Statements of Work for the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention
Program, Maternal and Child Health Block Grant, OICP-Promotion of immunization to improve
vaccination rates, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved September 24 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved September 25, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health
Interim Administrator on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 4. (Effective Dates: January 1,
2018-December 31, 2020)
