Kittitas County  <br />Board of County Commissioners  <br />  <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT  <br />  <br />Agenda Date:  October 2, 2018  <br />  <br />Action Requested:  Adopt a resolution to sign Ednetics Agreement for Voice Services  <br />   <br />  <br />Background:  On September 4, 2018 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners  <br />awarded the RFP for VoIP Phone Systems and Services to Ednetics  <br />and directed staff to prepare the appropriate agreements.   <br />  <br />Interaction:  Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (SR# 44216)  <br />  <br />Recommendation:  Sign the attached resolution and agreement.  <br />  <br />Handling:  Return 2 signed agreement copies to Jim Goeben.  <br />  <br />Attachments:  Resolution  <br />  Ednetics Master Services Agreement  <br />  <br />Lead Staff:  Jim Goeben, IT Director
