ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution approving the execution of an
Amendment to the Professional Services agreement between Youth Services and Kittitas County
Public Health Department. (Effective Dates: April 1, 2018- June 30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The original agreement between Youth Services of Kittitas County and Kittitas County was
established to allow Youth Services of Kittitas County to implement the Community Prevention
Wellness Initiative (CPWI) community based mentoring program in Kittitas County. The
amended agreement amends Exhibit “B” Budget Expenditures
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved September 10, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved September 14, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution approving the execution of an
Amendment to the Professional Services agreement between Youth Services and Kittitas County
Public Health Department. (Effective Dates: April 1, 2018- June 30, 2019)
