Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 2, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution approving the execution of an <br />Amendment to the Professional Services agreement between Youth Services and Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department. (Effective Dates: April 1, 2018- June 30, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The original agreement between Youth Services of Kittitas County and Kittitas County was <br />established to allow Youth Services of Kittitas County to implement the Community Prevention <br />Wellness Initiative (CPWI) community based mentoring program in Kittitas County. The <br />amended agreement amends Exhibit “B” Budget Expenditures <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved September 10, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved September 14, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution approving the execution of an <br />Amendment to the Professional Services agreement between Youth Services and Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department.
