ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Department of Ecology Amendment 1. (Effective Dates: June 30, 2018-December 31, 2027)
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the Interagency Agreement is to define roles and responsibilities of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health for the implementation of a metering pilot project to include
meter procurement and installation and administration and outreach.
The amendment adds parcels to the agreement that require a groundwater permit and other text as outlined in the scope of work section.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 16, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 18, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Department of Ecology Amendment 1. (Effective Dates: June 30, 2018-December 31, 2027)
