RESOLUTION NO. 2018-J '-1-l
A Resolution Authorizing Amendment to a Lease with Kittitas County Community
Network
WHEREAS, Kittitas County, and Kittitas County Community Network entered into a Lease in
December of 2016; and
WHEREAS, the County and Kittitas County Community Network desire to amend the lease to
provide for a term ending September 30, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County hereby authorizes execution of
the amendment described in Exhibit "A" that is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.

LEASE AMENDMENT
0 THIS LEASE AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only on the 4~ay of
c.Je,{)jtw!Jb-u(, 2018, is made and entered into, to commence on the 1st day of December, 2018,
by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a subdivision of the State of Washington, hereinafter
referred to as the LESSOR, and Kittitas County Community Network, hereinafter referred to
as the LESSEE.
W I T N E S S E T H:
Lessor and Lessee entered into a lease in December of, 2016. Said lease provides for
a term ending November 30, 2018. The Lessor and Lessee desire to amend the lease to
create a term ending September 30, 2019.
This Lease Addendum is made in accordance with chapters 2.81 KCC and 36.34 RCW,
and is subject to the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in the lease dated December
20, 2016. Lessee covenants as a material part of the consideration for this Lease Amendment
to keep and perform each and all of the said terms, covenants and conditions by it to be kept
and performed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lessor and Lessee have signed their names and affixed their
seals the day and year first above written.
