AGENDA DATE: September 4, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Resolution Authorizing an
Amendment to a Lease Agreement between Kittitas County
and the Kittitas County Community Network.
BACKGROUND: On August 23, 2018 the Board of County Commissioners
held a Special Meeting with Ann Riley, Director of the
Kittitas County Community Network who requested an
extension of their current Lease Agreement through
September 30, 2019.
INTERACTION: Upon the conclusion of the Special Meeting, the Board of
County Commissioners directed Staff to work with the
Prosecutors office to prepare the necessary documents to
allow for an extension. Chairman Laura Osiadacz worked
with Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins, who prepared the
documents for the Boards consideration (CAMAS #44064).
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing an Amendment to a
Lease Agreement between Kittitas County and the Kittitas
County Community Network, extending the term of lease
until September 30, 2019.
HANDLING: 2 originals – Ann Riley, KCCN for signature.
Ann Riley to return 1 fully executed original and once
received the Commissioners Staff to provide a copy to Judy
Pless, Budget & Finance Manager.
