BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTIO <br />NO. 2018 -/3 4 <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE UPDATED MITIGATION AND METERING PROGRAM <br />POLICY & PROCEDURES <br />WHEREAS , Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department, is charged with the <br />preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the county; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners previously adopted a mitigation and <br />metering program policy pursuant to resolution 2015-145 ; and <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD has updated the previously adopted policy to ensure consistency and compliance <br />with new laws and regulations ; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby adopts the updated Water Bank Mitigation and Metering Program <br />Policy & Procedures that is attached hereto and incorporated by reference . <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />TY, WASHINGTON <br />Vi cc ~Ch ofr <br />:Z,-ic""r.....,="'-,'~=-----==--------------
