KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: 08/21/2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve resolution to adopt amended metering agreement <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County has required the attached metering agreement to be recorded on the <br />title of all Kittitas County Water Bank customers’ parcel since December 2015. <br />Staff has amended the metering agreement language to accommodate additional <br />users and fulfill the requirements of Senate Bill 6091 <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the proposed Resolution. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of resolution to adopt amended <br />metering agreement. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution to adopt amended metering agreement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Erin Moore, Water Resources Program Coordinator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
