A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT REGARDING LODGING TAX FUNDS
WHEREAS,Kittitas County and the incorporated municipalities within the county entered into a Interlocal Agreement regarding the distribution of lodging tax funds; and
WHEREAS,the County, along with those involved municipalities, desires to amend said agreement; and
WHEREAS,the County finds it in the public interest to amend said agreement.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved:
The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached amendment to the interlocal agreement regarding lodging tax funds.
