AGENDA DATE: August 21, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public hearing to consider the purchase of real estate.
BACKGROUND: In 2016 the Solid Waste Department started working with CH2M now known as Jacobs to locate a new site for the Ellensburg Transfer Station. Jacobs along with Public input
is recommending the Hwy 97 Old Highway 10 site.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office, and Solid Waste
RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to set a public hearing
HANDLING: Publish Public Hearing Notice
