ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve resolution to adopt amended metering agreement
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County has required the attached metering agreement to be recorded on the title of all Kittitas County Water Bank customers’ parcel since December 2015. Staff has
amended the metering agreement language to accommodate additional users and fulfill the requirements of Senate Bill 6091
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the proposed Resolution. The.
RECOMMENDATION: (This is the same as the action being requested).
Approve a Resolution Increasing Employees Vacation Hours from 8-Hours a Month to 40-Hours a month, effective immediately.
