RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE KITTITAS COUNTY WATER METERING AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD), is
charged with the preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the county; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Kittitas County Code 13.40.030 and the KCPHD Water Bank Mitigation and
Metering Program Policy & Procedures, water meters will be provided to property owners
in the circumstances they describe; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County and anyone required to install a water meter to have
a detailed agreement establishing the terms and conditions surrounding the use and
requirements for water meters which have been incorporated into the Water Metering
Agreement that is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,
Washington, hereby adopts the Kittitas County Water Metering Agreement that is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference.
