RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE UPDATED MITIGATION AND METERING PROGRAM
POLICY & PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department, is charged with the
preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the county; and
WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners previously adopted a mitigation and
metering program policy pursuant to resolution 2015-145; and
WHEREAS, KCPHD has updated the previously adopted policy to ensure consistency and compliance
with new laws and regulations;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,
Washington, hereby adopts the updated Water Bank Mitigation and Metering Program
Policy & Procedures that is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
