ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to Approve Aspect Consulting Change Contract for Lower County Large Area Permit
BACKGROUND:
Aspect Consulting has previously assisted the County with a Large Area Permit for the Wilson-Cherry
Permit below the KRD canal within the Kittitas County Water Bank Green Zone. This contract is to assist
with the expansion of our Large Area Permit above the KRD canal in association with the Schnebly water
right transfer.
