ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Interim
Administrator’s signature on the KC Health Improvement Board of Directors MOA. (Effective
Dates: July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
This Memorandum of Agreement sets out the terms by which the Board for the Kittitas Count y
Health Network (KCHN) commits to management and leadership of the Network. The Networks
purpose is to improve population health through cross-sector collaboration and systems
integration utilizing the Community Health Improvement Plan as the guiding implementation
document.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 25, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 10, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Interim
Administrator’s signature on the KC Health Improvement Board of Directors MOA. (Effective
Dates: July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019)
