Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />August 21, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Interim <br />Administrator’s signature on the KC Health Improvement Board of Directors MOA. (Effective <br />Dates: July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This Memorandum of Agreement sets out the terms by which the Board for the Kittitas Count y <br />Health Network (KCHN) commits to management and leadership of the Network. The Networks <br />purpose is to improve population health through cross-sector collaboration and systems <br />integration utilizing the Community Health Improvement Plan as the guiding implementation <br />document. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 25, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 10, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Interim <br />Administrator’s signature on the KC Health Improvement Board of Directors MOA.
