ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Services Agreement
between Elmview and Kittitas County. (Effective date: July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The professional Services Agreement between Elmview and Kittitas County is established to
provide a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with
developmental disabilities and to fulfill the county’s responsibilities as outlined.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on August 8, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on August 10, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Services Agreement
between Elmview and Kittitas County. (Effective date: July 1, 2018- June 30, 2019)
HANDLING:
Clerk of the board send notice of the approval to the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office.
