ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Washington State DOH Data Sharing
Agreement (No signatures required). (Effective Dates: Upon Signature-December 31, 2018)
BACKGROUND:
The Washington State Department of Health Data Sharing Agreement allows the health
department to share data in regards to Comprehensive Hospital Abstract Reporting System
(CHARS), Birth, Fetal Death, Linked Birth-CHARS, and Linked Birth-Infant Death data files.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 16, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 18, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Washington State DOH Data Sharing
Agreement (No signatures required). (Effective Dates: Upon Signature-December 31, 2018)
