KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 21, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: To Set a Hearing to consider an Administrative Appeal <br />filed by Pat Kelleher of the Nelson Agriculture Short Plat <br />(SP-15-00010). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On June 21, 2018 the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners office received an appeal from Pat Kelleher <br />of an administration decision of the density for the Nelson <br />Agriculture Short Plat (SP-15-00010). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: According to Kittitas County Code Chapter 15A.07.010 the <br />Administrator and the Board of County Commissioners <br />Chairman are to prepare a briefing schedule as well as a <br />date, time, and location for a hearing. On July 6, 2018 the <br />appellant was notified of the briefing schedule as well as a <br />hearing date of September 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a hearing to consider an appeal of the Nelson <br />Agriculture Short Plat (SP-15-00010) for Tuesday <br />September 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Appeal Hearing Notice: <br /> <br />1 - Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 copy – Pat Kelleher, Appellant, CDS & Prosecutors <br />office <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Appeal Hearing Notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
