ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the Evergreen Ridge
PUD, Parcel A, Division 1 Plat (LPF-18-00004)
BACKGROUND: The Evergreen Ridge PUD (RZ-01-00010) Final development plan was approved
on June 7, 2016 through Resolution No. 2016-072. The subject properties are
zoned Planned Unit Development and are located North West of Ronald WA, in a
portion of Section 12, T20N, R14E, WM, in Kittitas County. Assessor’s Map
Numbers: 20-14-12022-0008 and 20-14-12060-0022.
A final plat application was submitted on July 13, 2018 requesting final mylar
approval for the Evergreen Ridge PUD, Parcel A, Division 1 Plat (LPF-18-00004).
This plat encompasses parcel numbers 792534 and 20201, and creates 5 lots on
approximately 57.2 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with supporting
documentation and finds that it is consistent with the approved Final Development
Plan for the PUD. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in
conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16 and within the 30 day timeframe
outlined in RCW 58.17.140. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing
departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, and Assessor’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Evergreen Ridge
PUD, Parcel A, Division 1 Plat (LPF-18-00004)
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
