BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018-_______ <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT’S EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD), <br />is charged with the preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, the preservation, promotion, and improvement of health includes emergency <br />response and preparedness; and <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD has developed a comprehensive Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) that <br />provides guidelines for coordinated preparedness and response to emergency <br />incidents that may have public health implications in Kittitas County, which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, adopts the Kittitas County Health Department’s Emergency Operations <br />Plan that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference. <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 201 8, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />__________________________________________ <br />Chair <br />__________________________________________ <br />Vice-Chair <br />__________________________________________ <br />Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board
