ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards approval and signature on the Professional service agreement with Rhine Demolition and
Abatement.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County Solid Waste separates concrete brought to the Ryegrass Limited Purpose landfill and brings
in a crushing company once a year to recycle the concrete so we can use the material for cover material and
roads onsite.
This year we contacted four contractors and Rhine Demolition was the lowest responsive bidder for the
work.
This work is schedule to start after October 1 and be completed by December 31, 2018.
INTERACTION:
Prosecutors office, Human Resources/Risk Management.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Boards signature on the Professional services agreement with Rhine Demolition.
HANDLING:
Return a signed copy to Solid Waste.
