AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: August 7, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Software called CareSuite by
QuickMAR User License Agreement and Business Associate Agreement.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and
Med Management Technology, LLC for the use of the vendor’s software known as
“CareSuite by QuickMAR”. This software is used by the County Corrections facility to
track inmate pharmaceutical products. The County is billed monthly based on the number
of inmates needing this service.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Software called CareSuite by
QuickMAR User License Agreement and Business Associate Agreement.
HANDLING: Please return two signed originals to KCSO for us to provide to the
vendor. We will return one fully executed original to the BOCC for County records.
