ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Cross Match Technologies
Maintenance Contract Renewal.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office elects to purchase from Cross Match
Technologies a one-year Maintenance Plan for the Bundled Assembly, LSCAN Guardian
USB and LSMS on desktops (i.e., software maintenance). The hardware has passed its 5
year expiration date, so there is no longer a warranty on it.
INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge Cross Match Technologies
Maintenance Contract Renewal.
HANDLING: No handling.
