ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Group Health Foundation Agreement. (Effective Dates: Upon Signature through December
30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The Group Health Foundation Agreement awards Kittitas County Public Health $13,300.00 to increase promotion of the HPV vaccination and to increase vaccination completion rates for HPV.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved July 20, 2018
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on July 23, 2018
RECOMMENDATION:
