ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health
Administrator on the DSHS Developmental Disabilities Admin Amendment 2. (Effective dates:
05.01.2018-06.30.2018)
BACKGROUND:
The DSHS Developmental Disabilities Admin Amendment 2 decreases the budget amount of the
contract by $8,442.00.

RECOMMENDATION:
