ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health
Administrator on the DSHS Developmental Disabilities Admin Amendment 3. (Effective dates:
07.01.2018-06.30.2018)
BACKGROUND:
The DSHS Developmental Disabilities Admin Amendment 3 corrects period of performance and
increases the amount of the contract by $801,577.00 for a new revised maximum of
1,628,424.00.

RECOMMENDATION:
