ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to approve Aspect Consulting Contract & Revised Contract for Consumptive Use Pilot Program
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County and Patrick Deneen are partnering on a pilot study to quantitatively determine the percent of
consumptive use associated with indoor-only domestic use. Kittitas County and Patrick Deneen enlisted
Aspect Consulting to provide oversight during design, implementation and reporting of the study results.
This contract is for their services and the cost will be shared equally between the County and Mr. Deneen.
The original contract amount has been amended due to issues that have arisen due to initial technical
meetings with Ecology.
