Agenda Date: July 3, 2018
RE: Request to approve Resale of Tax Title Property
Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received an
application for the resale of tax title parcels #351334,
371334, 381334, 401334, 620934, 702934, 712934,
722934, 732934, 742934, 752934, 781334, 17128 and
934735.
Interaction: The Treasurer has reviewed information related to these
parcels. Additionally, the Assessor’s Office and the Public
Works Department have been contacted to confirm that
they see no reason to retain these parcels as County
property.
Recommendation: The Treasurer recommends that the Commissioners
approve this sale and set a Public Hearing per RCW
36.35.150.
