ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Amend Resolution 2018-007 to Change Law &
Justice Grant 18-2 Cle Elum Police Department Award from one MDC to Purchasing
four MDC's.
BACKGROUND: The Cle Elum Police Department was originally awarded $1,672.38
by the Council to purchase one mobile data computer, but was able to find another
vendor and a different style of ruggedized laptop and were able to purchase four much
needed MDC's for nearly the same amount and the Cle Elum Police Department was able
to pay the difference of $52.30 from other funds.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Amend Resolution 2018-007 to Change Law &
Justice Grant 18-2 Cle Elum Police Department Award from one MDC to Purchasing
four MDC's.
HANDLING: Please return one signed copy to the Sheriff s Office.
