The property owner, Crystal Stupay, or her legal designee must work with a certified drug lab clean up company to submit a written work plan to KCPHD by July 31, 2018. If this corrective action is not completed, the Health Officer will proceed to abate the violation and cause the work to be done and charge the costs thereof as a lien against the property as a joint and separate personal obligation of any person in violation. The purpose of this public notice is to ensure sufficient notice to the property owner of the amended health order and the deadline within the health order before the abatement process begins.
