Nanum St. Suite. 102 · Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />T: 509.962.7515 · F: 509.962.7581 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />Date: July 3 , 2018 <br />To: Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) <br />From: Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) <br />Re: Request to Publish Public Notice of Amended Health Order <br /> <br />Summary: Kittitas County Public Health is requesting to publish the following Notice of Amended Health Order in the Ellensburg Daily Record from July 6, 2018 through July 27, 2018: Notification of Amended Health Order: Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) has issued an amended Health Order for a contaminated property located at 311 North Wright Avenue, Cle Elum, Washington, 98922-2103 (Map Number: 20-15-26062-0006). The property owner, Crystal Stupay, or her legal designee must work with a certified drug lab clean up company to submit a written work plan to KCPHD by July 31, 2018. If this corrective action is not completed, the Health Officer will proceed to abate the violation and cause the work to be done and charge the costs thereof as a lien against the property as a joint and separate personal obligation of any person in violation. The purpose of this public notice is to ensure sufficient notice to the property owner of the amended health order and the deadline within the health order before the abatement process begins.
