Re: Request to Schedule a Public Hearing to Finalize the James and Hazel Treat Water Right
Purchase
Summary:
Kittitas County Public Health is requesting to schedule a public hearing on July 17th, 2018 at
2:00 PM to finalize the James and Hazel Treat Water Right Purchase.
This purchase is for 101.06 acre-feet of consumptive use water at $4632.45 per acre-foot. The
total purchase price is $468,155.40.
This purchase will fulfil a portion of the County’s back mitigation requirement per the
Settlement Agreement.
