Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 19, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing for August 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to consider the Suncadia Phase 3 Division 14 Preliminary <br />Plat (LP-18-00002). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Steven Lathrop, authorized agent for New Suncadia, LLC, landowner, submitted an <br />application for a 10 detached residential lot plat with an access tract and a <br />community open space tract on approximately 6.97 acres of land that is zoned Master <br />Planned Resort on parcel 950057. The proposed lots range in size from 0.31 acres to <br />0.79 acres. In conjunction with this preliminary plat application, a site development <br />plan was submitted for Suncadia Phase 3 Division 14 and a boundary line adjustment <br />with the adjacent parcel 950044 which would add 0.62 acres to parcel 950057 <br />creating the total plat area of approximately 6.97 acres. This preliminary plat is <br />located off of Tired Creek Lane, Cle Elum, WA 98922 within the Suncadia <br />Master Planned Resort. <br /> <br />In conformance with the Seventh Amendment to the Suncadia Development <br />Agreement, Kittitas County Community Development Staff requests that the <br />Board of County Commissioners set a public hearing for August 7, 2018 at 2:00 <br />pm in the Commissioner’s Auditorium to hear public testimony and consider the <br />Suncadia Phase 3 Division 14 Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services and Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to set a public hearing for August 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the <br />Commissioner’s Auditorium for BOCC consideration of the Suncadia Phase 3 <br />Division 14 Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Ad Text and Web Text <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official
