Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Date: <br />June 19, 2018 <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br />Request the Board to approve the Purchase Quote and sign the OpenGov Software <br />Services Agreement <br /> <br />Background: <br />On May 17, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners participated in a demonstration of the <br />OpenGov software as presented by Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager along with a white <br />paper justifying the software. <br /> <br />At this time the Board stated they would like to have additional time to review the documents as <br />presented and to schedule a meeting in a few weeks. <br /> <br />On June 4, 2018, during the Department Heads meeting, the Board stated they were in favor of <br />the software purchase for the Auditor’s office and to procced with the contract reviews and place <br />on the next agenda session. <br /> <br />The software is being purchase from SHI which is on the State of Washington Enterprise <br />Department Contracts listing, resulting in the County not having to solicit additional bids <br /> <br />There are three documents for this proposal <br /> Software Quote from SHI in the amount of $339,430 a 5 year Quote <br />NASPO ValuePoint - Cloud Solutions Contract Number AR2472 <br />Payment terms are annual- the annual fee, after year 1 = $ 60,112 and cost <br /> Yr 1 = $ 98,982 <br /> OpenGov Software Services Agreement <br /> State of Work – OpenGov Implementation <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Recommend the Board approve Purchase Quote and sign the OpenGov Software <br />Services Agreement <br /> <br />Interaction Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecutor (CAMAS job #43141) <br /> <br />Handling <br /> Distribute Judy Pless and she will obtain signatures <br /> <br />Lead Staff <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager <br />
