ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Health Authority Contract Amendment #3.
BACKGROUND:
The Health Care Authority Contract Amendment #3 is established to extend the term of the
agreement from January 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018. It also adds funding in the amount of $4750.00
for that time period.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 8, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 12, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Health Authority Contract Amendment #3.
